Over the past four years at Ghoshak, we have had the privilege of partnering with over 3,000 small and medium businesses in their journey from traditional operations to digital-first enterprises. What began as a mission to make digital tools accessible to even the smallest shopkeeper has evolved into a movement, one driven by purpose, patience, and proximity to our customers.
In an era where start-ups’ have raised millions with the promise of digitising India’s MSMEs, we chose a different path. We focused on organic, ground-up growth. We believed that true transformation could not be achieved through scale alone, it required trust, education, and unwavering support. We walked into kirana stores, spoke to garment shop owners, listened to the pain points of wholesalers, and helped countless entrepreneurs shed the burden of ledgers, notebooks, and manual processes.
Our growth wasn’t measured just in numbers, but in conversations, sometimes one customer at a time.
This journey made us humble. It made us better listeners. And more importantly, it made us resilient.
Today, we are proud to announce the next chapter in our mission: Ghoshak is taking its first step into the world of Artificial Intelligence. But like everything else we’ve done, this too is guided by the same principle of accessibility. We are building AI solutions tailored for the hyper-local Indian market, intelligent tools that speak the language of our customers and solve the real-world business problems without overwhelming them.
